Chempli gives our customers access to all data related to chemicals hazardous materials across multiple sites making regulatory compliance easier and quicker to achieve.
A module developed to enable the user to upload, display and comprehend critical information documents relating to any chemical storage unit on their premises.
By issuing the client with a unique URL linked QR code label. A QR code is defined as “a machine readable code consisting of an array of black and white squares, typically used for storing URLs or other information for reading by a digital device such as a smartphone or tablet”.
Each QR code created by Chempli is linked to a specific URL link on the system which stores critical information relating to their chemical storage unit such as User Manuals, Bund Test Certificates, Compliance Documentation and Design Drawings. The data is stored on a secure cloud-based AWS (Amazon Web Services) server. Access is password protected. The QR code detail is maintained by Chempli. At any point in time the user can locally or remotely access the documentation, through a standard desktop interface, laptop or through mobiles devices user their issued Chempli account details. Access from individual client accounts is limited to three authorised devices.
Each QR code generated by the system can be used to access the critical information documents by using a QR code scanner application downloaded to any mobile device.
A module enabling full control of inventory for chemicals, critical equipment and Personal Protective Equipment in any storage unit on users’ premises

For chemicals stored on the inventory module, the user will have access to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each record.
The inventory module is specifically linked to the Chemstore Library via QR codes issued for each storage unit on a clients account. The URL linked QR code is designed to enable access to all data relating to each Chemstore Library on the system including “Inventory Management” data instantly by using the QR code scanner.

At onboarding stage Chemstore engineers will carry out an assessment of a client site noting key locations on each client premises. Chempli then issue an interactive pdf map of each client premises which illustrates the location of the following:
The Chemical Storage units displayed on each site map are affixed with a URL link to the Chempli system enabling the user to instantly inspect the Chemstore Library & Inventory modules for each unit on the premises. By simply clicking on the unit depiction on a site map, the user can then access. The map link to the Chempli system is also password protected. Direct access to Site Map information may be granted to emergency response teams to facilitate an efficient response in the case of an emergency or major incident.
The HR & Training module is developed to enable with a suite of tools for the effective management of people on site, from training through to reporting and authorisation workflow.

A key aspect of the HR & Training Module is granting the user the ability control Training Schedules and Employee competence matrices. The user interface allows the user to promptly manage employee training schedules ensuring compliance with SOP on each premises.
The Risk Management module provides a seamless platform for the assessment and control of risks associated with hazardous materials storage and facilitates compliance in an ever-changing regulatory environment.

As with other modules on the Chempli system by harnessing each feature on one centralised platform it enables the user to reduce the time taken to obtain and issue critical safety forms and information ensuring a safer and especially a more productive workplace. Each form has been developed on the Risk Management module with 26 years of experience working on industrial premises and covers all requirements of safe and compliant work practices.
The I&M module of Chempli manages a planned and detailed preventative maintenance schedule for all your storage units and hazardous material handling equipment.
This module has an alert messaging capability which will ensure all your containment units and handling equipment are safe and compliant with all legislation.

This Chempli module can be linked directly to your maintenance department (in-house or contract). All inspection and maintenance certificates and manuals are easily accessible through the Chempli document library.
